Actor Robert Downey Junior is to appear in court on drugs charges just months after being released from prison, police have revealed.
Downey Jr, 35, was allegedly found in a hotel room with cocaine after police were tipped off by an anonymous caller.
“He was conscious and conversed with the officers,” said Palm Springs police officer Ralph Landry. “He was very co-operative.”
